Terms of Use

These beta terms describe the current product and are not a substitute for review by qualified counsel. The operator’s complete legal identity, address, grievance contact and governing-law provisions must be finalized before commercial public launch.

1. What TripMood provides

TripMood is a travel destination-discovery and itinerary-suggestion product. It helps users compare possible destinations and build indicative plans using preferences such as origin, dates, duration, budget, mood, party, pace and transport. TripMood is not presently a travel agent, tour operator, carrier, hotel, insurer, ticket seller or booking platform.

2. Beta service

The service is under active development. Features, destination coverage, rankings, itineraries, accounts and links may change, pause or be removed. Beta access does not create a promise that a feature or saved plan will remain available.

3. Estimates are not bookings or guarantees

Recommendations, prices, journey times, distances, seasons, opening hours, routes and activity details are planning estimates. They are not live inventory, reservations, professional advice or guarantees of availability, admission, weather, safety or suitability. You must verify important details with official authorities and the relevant provider before paying and before departure.

4. Your planning responsibilities

You are responsible for deciding whether a trip is appropriate and lawful. Independently check transport and accommodation confirmations, permits, identification and visa requirements, opening hours, road and weather conditions, accessibility, health needs, insurance, emergency arrangements and return buffers. Follow current government, operator and local-authority instructions. Do not rely on TripMood for emergency, medical, legal or safety-critical decisions.

5. Third-party providers

TripMood may link to independent booking platforms, carriers, hotels, activity operators, map services, insurers and official tourism sources. TripMood does not control their content, inventory, prices, taxes, payment processing, service quality, cancellations, refunds, data practices or support. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any booking or payment contract is solely between you and the third party, and their terms govern that transaction.

6. Affiliate and sponsored links

TripMood may earn commission from eligible actions on clearly identified partner links. Commission does not make TripMood the seller and does not guarantee a provider. Organic ranking should be based on preference and trip fit; sponsored placement must be labelled. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Accounts and saved information

Current Google sign-in provides device-local identity display only. Unless the interface expressly confirms cloud synchronization, saved destinations, feedback and preferences remain in the browser and may be lost when browser data is cleared. Do not store sensitive financial, identity, health or emergency information in TripMood.

8. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with operation, bypass security measures, probe for vulnerabilities, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, automate abusive traffic, scrape at a scale that disrupts the service, misuse trademarks or present TripMood estimates as guaranteed live information.

9. User feedback

You may submit corrections, missing destinations and product feedback. Do not include confidential or sensitive information. You permit TripMood to use non-confidential feedback to improve the product without payment, while ownership of your original content remains subject to applicable law.

10. Intellectual property and sources

The TripMood name, interface, recommendation presentation and original content are protected. Destination facts may be drawn from public, official or licensed sources and remain subject to applicable rights. Source labels and links do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

11. Suspension and changes

TripMood may correct content, restrict abusive use, suspend features or discontinue the beta when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance or product development.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TripMood is provided on an “as available” basis without a warranty that every recommendation is accurate, complete, current or suitable. TripMood is not responsible for independent third-party performance or for decisions made without verifying material travel information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

The effective date will be updated when these terms materially change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law.
